theumbrellaacademyIn 2004, Ellen Page was in the first season of a Canadian television show called ReGenesis. She played the lead character's teen daughter.
The leader character in ReGenesis was played by Peter Outerbridge, who as chance would have it, played the conductor of Vanya's orchestra in the tUA series.
Of course, since tUA was filmed in Toronto, it's easy to play Canadian Actor Bingo : Sir Reginald Hargreeves was played by Colm Feore, who has been in classic Canadian shows like due South, Slings & Arrows, and Flashpoint. He also guest starred in a ton of 90s, early 00s television shows, since most were being filmed in Canada and incorporated many Canadian actors into their productions.

Date: 2019-02-17 06:59 pm (UTC)Peter Outerbridge, for the longest time, was known as kind of an indie actor, and rarely showed up in a television show or movie without at least one nude scene. The man liked to show off his flat ass.
Colm Feore has been in a ton of stuff, but to me, the weirdest casting for him will always be as the Lord Marshal in the Chronicles of Riddick.
